Navi-Mig App values the privacy of the users, subscribers, members, and others who visit and use Navi-Mig App (collectively or individually, “You” or “Users”).

Identity & access

When you sign up for Navi-Mig, we ask for your name, and email address. That’s just for identification and communication purposes. We will never sell your personal info to third parties, and we will not use your name in marketing statements without your permission, either.

When you use the app, we will track that for statistical purposes (like conversion rates and to test new designs) and all data will be used anonymously.

What personal data is collected by Navi-Mig App, and for what purposes?
Navi-Mig collects the following personal information from its customers:
Name
used for display purpose only in user’s own account

Email Address
used as an account identifier and to communicate with the customer, if required.

Is my data secure?

To maintain high level of security and avoid data theft, Navi-Mig uses industry-standard encryption schemes and protocols to encrypt data transmissions between the app and server communication. Access to the production systems is limited to a few selected members of staff where access to these systems is protected by the public key authentication method.

 

How long is the data stored for?
The data is stored for the duration of your service and the data is kept after you uninstall the Navi-Mig App to ensure that you are able to reactivate the account should you decide to come back.

 

Does Navi-Mig App share any data with any 3rd party organisations?
Navi-Mig App does not share any personal data provided by the users.

 

Law enforcement

Navi-Mig App won’t hand your data over to law enforcement unless a court order says we have to. We reject requests from local and federal law enforcement when they seek data without a court order. And unless we are legally prevented from it, we will always inform you when such requests are made.
