The NAVI-MIG project emerged as a beacon of hope amid the ongoing challenges of migrant integration in Europe. Despite the shifting landscape, the need for effective integration
strategies remains urgent as refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants continue to arrive. NAVIMIG was born out of a collective commitment to foster inclusion and facilitate the successful
integration of newly arrived migrants.
Project Rationale: Addressing Persistent Challenges
The project’s foundation lies in recognising the enduring challenges faced by migrants in Europe. Newcomers often struggle with cultural, social, and economic barriers. Access to essential services such as healthcare, housing, education, and employment remain elusive for many, perpetuating cycles of social exclusion and marginalisation. In response, NAVI-MIG aims to empower migrants by providing the necessary tools and resources to navigate their new environments with confidence and resilience.
Collaborative Efforts: Mobilising Resources for Change
NAVI-MIG stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation in addressing complex societal issues. Partnering with stakeholders from Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Belgium,
Austria, Portugal, and Finland, the project harnesses the collective expertise of municipalities, NGOs, educational institutions, and other organisations. Through a participatory approach,
NAVI-MIG co-creates solutions tailored to the diverse needs of migrants, ensuring that no one is left behind.

digital tools and best practices to enhance their integration efforts. NAVI-MIG also catalyses change at the local, regional, and national levels through knowledge-sharing and capacitybuilding
initiatives. Furthermore, it inspires a Europe-wide movement towards more inclusive and welcoming communities through the dissemination of project results and best practices.
Measuring Impact: Tracking Progress Towards Change
To ensure that NAVI-MIG achieves its intended impact, a robust monitoring and evaluation framework is in place. Utilising a combination of qualitative and quantitative tools, the project
